Talking Renewable Energy

On September 13 and 14 Thomas Weirich, Vice President of Membership and Corporate Relations, American Council On Renewable Energy (ACORE) visited Sweden for a series of lectures in Stockholm and Gothenburg. With his focus on technological breakthroughs and prospects for the future of renewable energy from a U.S. perspective, Mr. Weirich met with Swedish experts within energy and energy related fields, and took part in several round-table seminars. His visit was concluded by a large presentation for approximately 60 students at Stockholm's Royal Institute of Technology.  

In an interview with Energinyheter.se, a web-based leading energy news outlet, Mr. Weirich talks about the change in attitude towards renewable energy in the U.S., and what the U.S. could learn from Sweden in this field.
