Christer Hofström, a narcotics K9 handler currently on leave from the Swedish Prison Administration came back after a study visit in the U.S. co-sponsored by the U.S. Embassy Stockholm. Inspired by his visit, Mr. Hofström wants to start a Swedish prison dog system.
